What Dotsie said - but they wouldn't work in my browser for some reason...

At a glance there sgt-angua I'd say you're missing the file-type for both those images - they need to end with either .jpg - .gif or (less likely) .bmp that need to go onto the end of each of your URLs. Without one of those file-type descriptives the photo can't be found as the addy is incomplete and the browser won't find what it recognises as an image...

Less likely (if adding the file thingie doesn't work) is that the URL is too long - some forums seem to spit long addys out for some strange reason.

okay.. here goes my first attempt at posting picture could be a complete disaster.... but what you should see is one of a boat and one cross stitch picture...... if it doesn't work can someone tell me what I've done wrong?

I think Facebnook members should be able to see these slightly altered links - however I don't have a Facebook account any more (long story) so I can't tell for sure.

I use Photobucket for posting pics. I was recommended to it when I first came to forums, (only 3 years ago now, good heavens! ) It can be slow, but I find it OK.

I also have spinal problems, but eventually I just decided to fully accept the pain and get on with life; took up Paragliding, never looked back. Well I did have a little glitch two years ago when a bloke in a car knocked me off my mountain bike!! Hmmm, how do I add pictures Tony?

If you have a Photobucket account or something similar, you can get a code to post here for any photos you've uploaded.

Failing that you could always email any photos to me at
