New Mort animated film by Disney!

Postby DaveC » Mon Nov 01, 2010 10:46 am

overhawk wrote:Hey, long time reader first time poster :) While it is not quite Pixar - The website Blue Sky Disney is reporting that Disney is supposedly adapting Mort. The article does make it seem that it will be a very lose adaption though.

Following on from Overhawk's tip off I've expanded this into a full thread to attract more attention.

The directors of Princess and the Frog are apparently going to be makeing a Mort animated film (probably musical)!

Found a link here, will try to dig up some more soon.

I heard that too. However it was filmed, but with the storyline changed a teensy-weeny bit. They called it Avatar.

Likewise, there is a long track record of these projects going nowhere.

Well when they take death out as a character and he is the protagonst it's no wonder Pterry puts the kibosh on in,the Midwest biblebelt crowd has a lot to answer for in stopping these films being made.

According to the article I read it seems to be a loose adaptation.

Thank You.
I hope it will be good, but I guess we will have to wait three years to find out. Hopefully we will find out more soon.
