Just a reminder that the nominations close next Thursday (Midnight 30th Sept) and I will post a poll comprising of the five (probably) most nominated detectives sometime over the following weekend.

pinky and the brain omg would I like to destroy those characters so annoying, dangermouse is cool though. 
And in Heather's case, there were sometimes Third Thoughts and Fourth Thoughts, although these were quite difficult to manage and sometimes led her to walk into doors

USA Network's mystery series Monk will reportedly return in the form of a TV movie.
The comedy-drama, which starred Tony Shalhoub as obsessive compulsive detective Adrian Monk, ended after eight seasons in December 2009.
However, show creator Andy Breckman revealed that he has a script ready for a follow-up TV movie.
He told MY9TV.com: "I just finished writing a Monk movie... Monk did such a great job that I want to do it again."
Breckman went on to tease details of the film, saying: "I'll even tell you the title of it: 'Mr Monk for Mayor'. He runs for mayor of San Francisco."
He also claimed that the TV movie will be shot in the summer in California and that he hopes it will air in December this year.
