In a sneak surprise attack, probably Vetinari.

Have you ever tried to catch an angry moggy? still less one with the ability to go off like a claymore mine and a VERY precise knowlege of where to sink his claws. granted human greebo will have damn good reflexes and insight into the evil mind of your average cat on his side, but the only biped id put money on to stop greebo is nanny ogg. :lol:
