Hopeful Hinting

Postby SapphireForgeCat » Sun Jul 27, 2008 8:19 am

A few weeks ago, me being me, addicted to the opera mini on my cellphone and reading up on a rumour i'd heard, found this article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhianna_Pratchett

Alas i've only played Overlord, but i THOUGHT the humour in that tasted of Pratchett. I am impressed. Does anybody know if there's truth to the rumour that she worked on Fable? Does anybody know if she's going to ever work on a Discworld game? The current discworld games are.. Lovely.. (i only have one.. But i love it) But i was thinking more in the lines of Oblivion or Fable or similar based on the Discworld.

I don't think there are any plans for new DW games - but who knows? It might happen.

Don't know for sure whether or not she worked on fable, but I would hope this site (currently under construction) will provide answers to such questions in the future:

I somehow managed to overlook this post :(

..until now :D

I loved both Fable and Overlord. According to IMDb she was not involved in Fable, however IMDb isn't necessarily the most reliable site in the world.

I remember reading something about her and Fable. It was a brilliant game but I can't find our copy at the moment (she may be in the credits somewhere).
I remember a couple of her games reviews when she worked for PCZone magazine. I think she even reviewed Discworld Noir....

He did, as I recall he was gleeful about his wife's contribution but gave an honest review of the film.
