on the 12-13 one, everyone's head moves, except the guy right at the bottom at the far left, who only loses the top of his head

Well, i found the guy who dissapears and appears. I followed the movements and they people move upwards gradually, till the only bit left when they move is the feet. Then. In 13-mode, the guy in the middle right at the top is the one that doesnt appear at all in 12-mode. Still cant see why. maybe part of someone is hidden at that point?

I saw this solution to the illusion on another site. I'm putting it in invisible writing (click three times to read) for those of you that still want to 'ponder' it for yourselves. :lol:

Through this process each figure loses a bigger amount than he gains. If you were to follow the “bodypart-chain” the last guy doesn’t get anything for giving away a section of his shoes.

Whoever drew this was some kind of genius.
