Oh Gods! What do I do Now? support thread...

OH GODS!

High, high above the loftiest heights of the Ramtops, Cori Celesti, home of the Discworld gods, rises pristine, majestic and serene... Erm... that is quie... oh. There appears to be some kind of kerfuffle going on...

CRASH! "Not AGAIN! I'm not standing for it this time!" SMASH!

One of Blind Io's eyes dodged the tossing horns of the Great God Om's bovine form and hovered hopefully in front of the giant bull's nose, "Perhaps, if you tell us what's happened, we might be able to help - a bit?"

Blind Io was quite a nice chap mostly and, although Om was only in Dunmanifestin' on a trial basis for a second tour of duty (him being a small god with big ideas and quite a lot of followers these days), as chief god, Io didn't like to see a potentially major player getting too overwrought, especially when they were as bad at god-chess as Om was...

"C'mon, problem shared, etcetera? Tell us all about it, huh?"
The irate god-bull shimmered irritably into a less impressive, but still extremely irate-looking, vaguely Ephebesque white-bearded lightning deity, carrying a goatherd's goading-stick (a bit like a shepherd's crook but with a pointy sharp end, in fact, yes - it was a spear, goats being a bugger to herd at the best of times).
Om glared at Bibulous and Annoia who were giggling rather thoughtlessly and spake mightily. "They're killing my prophets again!"
"Who are?"
"The Lancrastrians!"
"But aren't your followers desert-folk usually."

Om thrust his lower lip out petulantly, whilst surreptitiously try to swallow a piece of lettuce, then moaned dramatically. Usually but this current Archdeacon got a bit confused and mistranslated one of Ossory's texts as saying the people of the mountains must be rid of their afflictions and brought to My grace, so he's been sending out missionaries - he thought it said witches ..."
And the Great God Om blushed mightily....

There you are Dotsie - got Lancre in there for you
Secret role details will follow when I've dreamed then up (it's been one of those days) and as before those people with secret roles will contact the Narrator (me) with their choices at the start the night phase and I will post who does/does not survive the next day. The outcomes of the non-terminal activities will NOT be disclosed except to the secret roles and they may of course make use of those in private or on the threads as needed.

The day phases will once again be for general vote off elimination which will end in a lynch. The Narrator will state the minimum and maximum deadlines for both day and night phases as these begin and will extend accordingly to allow all players concerned to vote or make choices within the duration stated.

Gawping is allowed but no vote or kill target status will apply. It is in the discretion of the Narrator to re-assign no-show playing places should someone else arrive late and wish to participate.

And now - let the players and the audience gather...

Sign-ups to play or gawp below as usual please
