C M O T site and Watch Badge......

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but how long will it take Mr S Briggs C M O T site to send me a Watch Badge? I ordered one on Sep 24, still no Badge and Mr Briggs has not responded to my email enquiry........And I followed the instructions on the order form to the letter..............

Tis a one-man operation I understand so it can take Stephen a while to get things sorted out. He has a proper job too and all the drama stuff he does. Send a letter to the Studio Theatre Club address if you get no response this week.
