Circle the Cat

Postby Tonyblack » Thu Oct 08, 2009 8:04 pm

Anyone know how to do this game? A friend asked me and I'm hopeless at computer games. :(

Circle the Cat.

I enjoyed that Tony! It took a few goes to beat the critter! I found that if I clicked once to gage where he was heading, then I could count how many jumps he would take to get to the edge, and I could then plan where to block. Cutting off the edge was easier as it gave me more time to plan my next move.
It didn't always work, though!
Going to my school was an education in itself. Which is not to be confused with actually getting an education (Schultz)

Depends on where the random patches appear at the start.... I had one go were none of them were in any proximity to the cat......... annoying!

yippee :)

i got it four times so far. its easy-ish once u get the hang of it. :?

took some time to work this out
Heres a tip: put a block in one of the circles aroiund it. Then, when it moves, at the edge, put one in the line of fire the cats moving in, then on either side, slowly blocking off the outside first, rather than running rings round it. It really works

This cat is bloody smart!
You press a circle, think it's going the one way and then it goes the other :?
I'll better leave it to you, Ponder :)

I've managed it several times now thanks to Batty's comments. The cat will only go in one direction unless it meets an obstacle. So place your first circle on the outer edge of the grid and see which way he goes. You need to use the existing blocks to your advantage and once you have him completely surrounded, close the net until he only has one circle to stand on.

Unfortunately true. Thats a major drawback in my school(especially when the exam supervisor ignores people asking questions). Mind u, its not as bad as being a stupid nerd(??). We had one last year. He disapeared after 1 term.

This is the first time I've seen this game, but I didn't read all the posts before trying. I lost 3-4times, then I beat him!! It's not everyday you get to beat a cat
