I can recommend The Business it reads more like alternate reality SF even though its without the M.

Finished book 1 of Game of Thrones. Very good but that'll be enough of that for a bit.

Had a dreadful work day last weekend so read The Last Hero :romance-admire: with a glass of wine, or two. I love the picture of Carrot & Co. standing on the moon looking at the Discworld. Prob my favourite DW picture.

Am now reading The Railway Man by Eric Lomax, it's gonna be a great book.

Technically, Sister Jennifer, the book series is called A Song of Ice and Fire. Sorry, pedant reflex. :|

Anyway, I've all but finished The Invisibles, and I've also read DVD Extras Include: Murder by Nev Fountain.
I've lived for over 2000 years, and not all of them were good ones. I've made many mistakes. And it's about time I did something about that.

The pedant in me (and it's a very big pedant) is going "YEEAARRGGHBLE!"

Just started reading Sniper One by Dan Mills.
A first hand account of The fighting on Iraq from the point of view of the sniper platoon.
So far very good.

I know it's not a new book but I've had it sitting around on the to read pile for ages but kept putting it off and reading WW1 stuff instead

I was not that keen on that one as I remember Mir, donated it to a charity shop.

That's where I got it from! LOL!

I quite like it. It could be better written but it's interesting.

Just started a bit of a marathon, The Eternal Champion series by Michael Moorcock, at about 7000 pages over 14 omnibus volumes it could take some time :D
One of those? Oh I'm sure I have one somewhere..
