I havent read through this whole thread, but lots of fruits, especially those high in vitamin c, nuts, and green veggies.
Sorry, just went a bit scientis there. But it should help a bit.

Listen to your fav songs, especially if they are fast and happy. Go somewhere with other people if you can, preferably people you know or your friends.

Sorry but I would say... eat what you like :lol: Worrying about not getting your 5-a-day will just make you stress more. If chocolate makes you feel better, then have some. :wink:

Let me rephrase that. You can eat it, but in case anyones listening upstairs, im lodging a disclaimer. Don't come chasing after me if u get cancer or depression from eating too much. :lol:
Just joking. About the cancer that is... :twisted:

for the others, the vitamin c stops stress hormones and the others i think do the same thing.
I'm not a nutritionist. I just read everything yahoo throws at me. :)

Actually, recent information is that 40g of dark chocolate a day over two weeks (but why stop there?) will cheer you up no end. This is the sort of science I choose to believe completely. So tuck in!
