Managing to track down a cheap, intact copy of the sixth volume of Neon Genesis Evangelion on DVD. Platinum Edition, too! :D My old disc, part of a boxset (which I've had signed by a good chunk of the cast), got cracked in the middle, so I'm really glad to get a new one.

I can't wait to listen to it. Once I get the motivation to, anyway... :)

It was a TV programme on BBC 4 WHAT happened to the Spitting Image puppets afterwards, I loved that show it was so funny and very topical at the time completely taking the piss out of politicians and others, would love to see being remade. Stick a Chicken up your nose.

Last weekend I advised a young friend, Richard, to get rid of a small willow tree which was dying anyway and he'd bought something much nicer to replace it.
Today, a text, 'Rich 1 - 0 Willow'

I didn't get any autographs but I did quite literally bump into Andrew Lee Potts of Primeval uk fame
Image
I said sorry and then it took the best part of 5 seconds before who I realised I bumped into
and took a quick snap
Image
I took some pics of cosplayers which I'll post tomorrow along with photos of the ghost walk I went to on the 19th
the only down side was I couldn't get my book evaluated
