Nice song. :D
Until now, I was one of those people only knowing Kayleigh. :D

Which reminds me of another great song that happens to be on the same CD I have Kayleigh from:

Iron Maiden - Afraid to shoot strangers
On with their heads! I'm the clown prince of fools
if you don't get the joke it's your loss
Love and laughter you see are the new currency
'cause greed's coinage is not worth a toss

Exile yourself to the unforgiving continent of Wraeclast!

:music-guitarred: :D

There is so much more to Marillion than just Kayleigh.

The 'new' singer - Steve Hogarth, has now been with the band way longer than the original singer - Fish

Here's another one this time from the 'Marbles' album

Currently listening to a soundtrack of The Rocky Horror Show, with Time Warp and Sword of Damocles.
"What have you been doing since you stole that antique TARDIS of yours, since you first landed on Skaro? Shouting 'Look at me!!! I'm not fighting a war!', while you battle the Daleks all the way through space and time."

One of the pieces we're taking to the competition in April... it's been in our repertoire for a long time, but it's still very good :D (especially being one of the only 2 string instruments in a wind orchestra ;) )

Also, tonight I was at the performance of a scandinavian choir, and I just got their list of songs, I'm working my way through them but they're sooo pretty!

For example:

Haven't listened to them for a while, but I dug out Tara Fuki again - two crazy cellists who somehow manage to sing and play - brilliantly, I'll add! - at the same time. This is one of my favourites:

I found this song that is strangely beautiful. It's instrumental for large parts. It's a kind of black/ pagan metal, though, so if you want to listen to it be warned that the vocals are rather screamy. However, there are haunting piano passages in there that somehow have me fascinated.

Composer named Makkon who I enjoy greatly uploaded a new track. Sort of racing inspired.
