Is that an actual place, or was it animated or touched-up, or built as a miniature?
It looks a bit gloomy actually.

What is Death Bridge? Is it set in Death's Domain, or is it some strange crossover from Troll Bridge?
I take it DW means Discworld, not Doctor Who in this context.

It's a movie set from Snowgum Films' production of Sir Terry's short story, Troll Bridge. Since the bridge has no name in the story yet there are a few other bridges mentioned toward the end, they apparently have given the bridge a name. It's a real physical set they have built - there are work-in-progress videos of scenes being shot, blocked with people in green-suits taking the positions of the troll, to be filled in with animation later. It's just possible that there may be more details added to the bridge with animation later, but it's cheaper to build it physically when you can, and since virtually all of the film takes place on and around that bridge, it's going to be onscreen a long time. That makes it worth the effort to make it look really good. There's nothing like reality for getting the shadows and angles right.

The set is a real set, as Tamar mentions, and the background is post-production special effects (Basically the mountain-looking bits aren't physically real). And that image is still a work in progress :D

Those DVD/Blu-Ray images are mockups they did when the kickstarter was launched, it's highly likely the artwork will change before they're done.

After all, they're STILL working on the film itself, right now.

If you know any CGI special effects artists (riggers and animators), they still need a few more to finish off work on some of the characters, see http://snowgumfilms.tumblr.com/

Wow! That picture looks amazing. It seems like a million years ago when we all first bought into the project (on the CA forum). I wonder if we'll still get the free discs?

Who's Wee Dug: Can you please edit the original post to change the topic to the correct spelling? It's bugging me immensely :D

(Snowgum as in the tree.... I don't know what a Snowgun is, maybe some sort of blunderbuss that shoots snowballs?)
