Loved Carlyle as Rumple. He looked like he was having soooo much fun!!

I've managed to stick with it until just now - Season 3 Episode 11. It doesn't improve, although the first few episodes of S3 tricked me into thinking it did. With 3x11 they've wrapped up the storyline for the first half of S3, and even made it get to a conclusion so it's continuing with a "soft reboot" next year. But I suspect this is a very good point for me to stop before I get too annoyed.

And yes, Robert Carlyle is easily the best thing about the show.

Yes! he played the part brilliantly, I will just have to buy the DVD then. :roll:
