Ok, I'm still up so have opened my present and what a surprise it's a collectable that not only I don't have already but I didn't even know existed. The Hogfather is absolutely brilliant :D

A set of 25 bookmarks featuring 24 of the books from the first 25 Discworld novels and on number 1 a portrait of Sir Terry. :D :D

Oddly the missing book is Guards! Guards!

Thank you Hogfather, bookmarks are always useful :D

Happy Hogswatch one and all! :D

I hope your presents are good ones and not a bag of bloody bones (although there's good eating on those). ;)

Happy Hogswatch to each and every one of you!

Thank you to the Hogfather who got me a City Watch notebook. Never seen one before and it has some interesting notes about Chargeable offences, First Aid etc. Today I shall attempt to arrest someone for Persistent Ogling

And Jan I'm going to get everyone in the house singing along to that.......whether they want to or not

Felt guilty about sneaking down to open my present early......but not now!
I'm so thrilled with my gift which is a mounted photograph of sunbeams breaking through lowering clouds over the sea at Lancing, Some gulls in flight add depth and perspective to the scene.
Thank you Penfold. It is a very beautiful thing and will indeed take pride of place on a wall (and not my sock drawer.....the very idea  )
HAPPY HOGSWATCH EVERYONE!

Not 100% sure who my Hogfather is yet but they're fiendishly sadistic for wrapping up Granny and Nanny up in yards of orange tissue and then shoving them in small unadorned packet of large Rexel paperclips!!!!! :shifty:

'nk you Hogfather and Hogwatch Blessings to everyone . . . :angelic-innocent:

Well we left Harry to open his Hogswatch present.
All was quiet when we suddenly smelt smoke drifting from the corner.
Lo and behold Harry had received a llamedos Swamp dragon and the two of them were taking great pleasure in setting fire to cushions and nappy bags and whatever else was to hand.
Harry's delighted with his pet Swamp dragon so thank you Hogfather but could you send us some fireproof furniture.
