Well, to add to my above list, I now have Watchmen signed not only by Dave Gibbons, but John Higgins (the colourist), a signed copy of Joel Shepherd's novel Crossover (and he told me it was a first run paperback. Sweet! I have a collectable!), a copy of Doctor Who: Revelation of the Daleks signed by Terry Molloy (in addition to the previous signature of Colin Baker), the Lord of the Rings extended edition boxset with Dominic Monaghan's signature (along with Billy Boyd's, which was done some time ago), and a signed copy of A Game of Thrones, signed by George RR Martin himself.
I've lived for over 2000 years, and not all of them were good ones. I've made many mistakes. And it's about time I did something about that.

Thanks. The George RR Martin one is pride of place, even though the line was too long and arduous to get more than one signature, despite his production line signing speed (which meant only a signature, no dedications). I had a few seconds to tell him that I thought his book was better than Dune. I think that might have made his day a little. :)

It was nice to meet the others too, even if only briefly, especially Terry Molloy. He's a nice guy, the opposite of Davros. We briefly discussed the 'consumer resistance' joke from Revelation of the Daleks, as well as his upcoming role in some Big Finish audios.

Oh dear Sister Jennifer, not quite the signed item that you might have been hoping for.

while I was considering buying this I was accosted by Captain Jack Sparrow :D
seriously and he pointed out some pin-up art on the same stand and asked if that was me
and said yes it was but on a bad day and he reeled back and and I furthered on by saying
I did some centre fold work and it would make his eyes water if he saw where the staples went

Thanks to the Lords of Time 2 convention, I have a few new signed items.

I have a collector's edition of the Big Finish Doctor Who story The Light at the End, now signed by Paul McGann, Frazer Hines, Wendy Padbury, Mark Strickson and Nicola Bryant, along with two other Big Finish stories (Omega and The Kingmaker) signed by Nev Fountain.
I've lived for over 2000 years, and not all of them were good ones. I've made many mistakes. And it's about time I did something about that.
