I would reply in all caps all squished together. Possibly I would also add some internet abbreviations such as OMG, WTF and so on.
Be sure to include the original message in the reply. :D

  I would send that on to Head office or the MD and then ask them for a better deal on your loan as well! I understand that help desk/customer service guys get a rough deal......been there, done that........but there is no excuse for that.....even if you weren't meant to see it. Take it higher - then sit back and watch the fireworks!

And a rough one at that. :D

In all seriousness, I would follow Chilli's advice and pass it onto their head office. :D

 I know! It took me awhile to decipher it and I kept wondering what a goat had to do with anything. :?

I have definitely reported it and the loan rep at least has apologized for it, more than once. The company itself usually has a good reputation in these matters. However, it's going to take some thought. I would love to have the better rate, but it just seems insane to move forward. I've emailed our CPA. She always gives us great advice.

I trust our CPA an awful lot. Anyone who is into numbers that much is tops in my book, she has saved us an awful lot over the years by keeping us completely above board in out taxes. I keep picturing Duck man and wondering "What Goat?" also.

The email sender was allegedly unemployed as of noon the next day, and we have received two calls from management and a revised Good Faith Estimate since the incident. However, while the apologies were appreciated, no real solution was ever offered, I still have unanswered questions and I have no doubt that I would not have received revised paperwork had it not been for the nasty email. Savings or not, I don't trust them with our mortgage and they're not getting our business. If we got this offer, others will likely follow and perhaps someone else will do it better. No big deal.

I got a very nice email on Friday. I was to be recommended for a scholarship - probably due to my results in the state examination I took in August, which weren't bad at all. I was very happy about it, for should I really be chosen, I'd be able to buy all those textbooks I'd actually like to read but which are quite expensive.
However, it seems that I'm not eligible since I already have a degree. :(
I gonna give them a call tomorrow to ask if this was the case. I fear it is.

Nope, it doesn't. Phoned them yesterday and I can't get it.
On the plus side, I don't have to write a CV and get a recommendation by one of my profs. ← ("... a wicked smile for all the tears I hide...")
