Looks like Bedrock to me!
I was up at the crack of dawn (actually, about an hour or so before it) so I could get down to the beach and try to catch the sunrise and high tide. Unfortunately, the sunrise was quite bland but I did manage to get these shots;
I did play around with this one a bit.
A black and white effort.
This morning was a bit of a comedy of errors since I had planned to go straight to the Wetlands Trust in Arundel after this photo shoot. Unfortunately, I noticed the lens cap had come off my big lens and couldn't find it in my camera bag. The lens costs a lot of money so I didn't want to needlessly risk a scratch on the glass so I went home, instead, to look for it there. It was nowhere to be seen but as I took the lens out of the bag to keep it safe, I found the cap in another compartment! (I have no idea how it got there.) This meant that I had wasted an hour or so but I finally got to Arundel at about half past ten, just in time for the kids to start arriving.
I didn't get to take many pics, mainly due to said kids running about, screaming, and scaring off some very nice wildlife (Nuthatch, Water Vole, etc.). I Surrendered and packed it in just after midday. I did manage to capture these two Moorhen having a real scrap which went on for a good ten minutes and involved a lot of running and chasing.
