The human mind is always capable of absorbing more knowledge. The answer to the question should never be 'I don't know' but 'I don't know BUT I will find out'. Why not give a go to 'I can't do it now but I sure as hell will learn how' ?

Hey, I never said I wouldn't apply for a job where a candidate may be required to learn new things. It's the jobs where the experience I don't have is compulsory in the first place that annoy me. The aforementioned job I mentioned after Dotsie is one I'm definitely applying for when the time comes.
