Obviously video games are the root of all evil. cause, you now, there was no violence in the world till video games came along.

Agreed. Violent video games (and violent media in general) can catalyse violence, certainly, but it is almost never the root cause.

There was a young sailor named Bates
Who danced the fandango on skates.
But a fall on his cutlass
Has rendered him nutless,
And practically useless on dates.

I wanted to Tweet that to Simon Bates, with a minor adjustment to DJ instead of sailor, but it's more than 140 characters!!

Maybe you can split it, Bouncy. I've seen tweets that have '1/2' and '2/2'.

Anyway, a shot in the arm for the panspermia theory...

Not surprising. Life can survive everywhere on earth, under any condition. why not space as well? and thats only life as we know it.

US plane in 1961 'nuclear bomb near-miss'

A nuclear bomb came very close to detonating in North Carolina after falling from the sky. 3 out of 4 safety mechanisms failed...

I have to say, I'm sceptical about this. It seems to be arm waving and no proof, and they've submitted to a journal with no credibility. For now, we're still alone - shame!

How do you know that the Journal of Cosmology has no credibility? I'm just asking.
