Some more from Texas, have a few more but I'm usingle a dongle and it so slow and eating up the bandwidth at a rate of knots with the photo's etc had it a week and that is £15 almost gone, :evil: so I will have to top it up again, can't post no more photo's till I'm back on broadband. :(

Urm, aren't you meant to aim at the target? ;)

Looks like a lot of fun, I always enjoyed firing guns although I was absolutely hopeless with pistols and revolvers. :D

Here's a few pics from last night's camera club meeting. Because it was done under artificial lighting and indoors against a predominantly white background I went more for a high-key portraiture approach, hence the black and white images. There are more to follow later but these are of the European Eagle Owl. :D

Did you know (you will if you watch QI) that the "twit-whooo" sound an owl makes is actually made by two owls; the females call "twit" and the males call back "who(?)". :lol:
