Glad you both like it, I actually bought the album years ago for Machaut's Notre Dame Mass on the other side but prefer the Pérotin pieces on side 2, I love it when you find something you hadn't even heard of before and it proves to be so good :D

He is quite important in early music http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/P%C3%A9rotin and the other piece by him on the album is equally good

One of those? Oh I'm sure I have one somewhere..

Nice.
Reminds me a bit of this song - actually only of the ending of that song, which has very similar vocals.

Not sure if I've posted this before, but listening to The Hilliard Ensemble in those recordings made me want to dig out my CD of this:

A Silent Hill selection here...

First, Betrayal from Silent Hill 2...

...and Hometown from Silent Hill 3...

I've lived for over 2000 years, and not all of them were good ones. I've made many mistakes. And it's about time I did something about that.

Been loving this piece of music

https://soundcloud.com/rig/seven-nation ... tl-trailer

It's a specially created version of White Stripes' Seven Nation Army for use in this trailer (I just wish they would do a full version of it)
