We try to get away every year. Every two years we take the girls to Walt Disney World in Florida. In between we do other things, a few east coast trips, one to the Wisconsin Dells (never again!) and once we did St. Louis and an Arkansas state park. All except the Dells and a trip to Sebasco Resort in Maine were great! Soon we'll be heading west. We're going to do some touristy stops like the Corn Palace, Wall Drug and Mount Rushmore on our way to visit my sister and b.i.l. in Montana, then we'll spend a few days in Yellowstone. Really excited! :D It is a 3 week trip though, longer than our usual trips. A lot of togetherness!

When you get to Wall Drug make sure you take pictures sitting on the giant Jackalope. Yellowstone is on my "got to get back to" list.

 Will do! Didn't know about that one, so thank you. :D We might stop to see the Giant Cement Prairie Dog too.

Don't go into Mad's shop with Harry, your credit card would never survive!

We would love to go to Yellowstone. Went to Capetown a few years ago, that is on my list to re-visit. But if the weathers ok  :handgestures-fingerscrossed: we have had some wonderful holidays in this country. We are going back up to Newcastle in September. :D Farmers market, cheese shop and plant nursery's. :D :D :D

Edit to say Great Pic.
