Stephen/István is a better name for a Hungarian than an English king. There was a King Stephen of England in the 12th century, but the name hasn't been used since, partly because there was a devastating civil war during his reign. He didn't exactly lose the war, but his opponent the Empress Matilda won on points, as her son became Henry II. ;)

If they called the baby Alfred he could be Fred for short. That would make him Alfred II, except that Anglo-Saxon kings don't count, so he would have to be Alfred the Other Great (assuming he was). :D

At least one book being made about the name.
Seems Kayden is very popular nowadays on the estates but the odds are long in this case. Wonder why :?
I like Arthur for a name and a king! My dad was an Arthur. Arthur Wilson. Yes really! He almost sued the Dad's Army scriptwriters for libel  (No not really)
Also like Wilfred or Wilfrid. My grandpas were one of each.

Feegled from Twitter:

All babies are wonderful, but the only way I get excited about the royal baby is if they name him Elvis, Worf, or Gitmo.

What about Dominic as a name?

Then he'd become King Dom ...
Going to my school was an education in itself. Which is not to be confused with actually getting an education (Schultz)

Interesting so he should be King George VII then eventually. Unless Louis is in case we decide to take back the half of France we once had so he can be Louis XVII. On that basis however Alexander may be a bit ambitious ;)
One of those? Oh I'm sure I have one somewhere..

It has been suggested that Charles may decide to call himself George VII after his grandad, and young Georgie would then be George VIII. Or, as you say, Louis the, er*, of France if we decide to go in for another 100 Years War. ;)

*I think it's a bit more than XVII because there was a brief restoration in the 19th century. He would probably be the XIX or maybe even the XX.

King Alexander? No pressure, then...

There might be a time when an Alexander is sitting on both the British and the Dutch throne ;)
Listen.
