That's what I thought when I posted a link to it on the kitten site.

BTW - John introduced them to a laser pointer yesterday - they went nuts!

Ok - the Firefly kittens ended up as seven in the litter - we weren't sure whether there would be 7-8 or 9. They all seem incredibly healthy and are putting on weight.

The Mythbusters went for their spay/neuters yesterday and, after a bit of time recovering, are getting their zooms back. Adoption applications have now been started and at least two viewers have applied for Addie. But I don't think there will be any problems finding them all homes.

John announced that it seems as if Grant has a slight heart murmur - he has to mention that so any potential adopter will know that it might cause problems in the future. Having said that, he's perfectly healthy as are they all. :)

Adoption is on Saturday 20th. :)

John will almost certainly have a brand new litter very shortly.

Oh, Grant is sooo adorable. It would seem that nobody bothered to tell him that he's the unhealthy one!!

I want them all, including Momma!

I'll have to set up a "favourite" for the Firefly kittehs when I get back from mum's.

Sadly, down there I use a dongle, and to watch the live cams would eat up my data allowance something chronic!

Well the Mythbuster Kittens have just been packed up and are on their way to their new homes, via the adoption event at a local PetsMart. It seems that the information that Grant and Addie would be adopted together was incorrect - they both have homes, but not together. The hints have been flying (and it seems very likely) that Jamie will be adopted by the same person who adopted Boris from the last litter. So Jamie is getting a big (and Boris is very big) brother.

Unfortunately, momma Kari hasn't had an adoption application. We are hoping that someone will show up and adopt her, but it will be awfully sad if she has to go back to the adoption centre.

Good luck kittens and Good Luck momma.

Near Seattle, WA Susanne.

The good news is that a nice lady was waiting for the PetsMart to open so she could adopt Kari (now named Lacey). She has taken her home and introduced her to her other cat and so far it looks like they'll get on.

Addie has been adopted and so has Jamie - by the lovely lady who adopted Boris (all black kitten) from the last litter. There is the most delightful photo of Jamie with his new mom, which I'll post in a bit.

The bad news is that the people that were supposed to be adopting Tory and Grand have apparently changed their minds. :( Fingers crossed that the two of them find homes today. (Prayers to Bast).
