You got some but not all. Yes, a few could apply to more than one book, but there is only one for each book. So if two could apply to the same book, then one of them must go to another.

To give others a fair chance, I will post the answers in a week or so, after NADWCon.

I admit, this is a fierce quiz. For several, I have to check my own notes to be sure which books I meant to describe.

Probably this should have been posted in the Games section. Can it be moved there?

I am amazed, because my reason for posting tonight is to apologize most humbly for screwing up the quiz! I forgot which book one element was in. The result is that I had two descriptions that fit one book, and no description for another. I found out while going over it with two people here while waiting for the banquet to begin. The one with no description was Men at Arms. I will be extremely interested to know which one you found that fitted it!

The con is going well.
The masquerade had some excellent costumes, and Best in Show and Best Workmanship were both won by Apprentice costumers! There were also many hall costumes that were not entered in the masquerade proper which were extremely good.

I am told that I was wise to choose the fish rather than the chicken at the banquet; I guess the old standard "rubber chicken" is still standard. Luckily the fish was good.

The video chat with Sir Terry was pretty good considering the difficulty of connecting at his home; Skype and Google Chrome and goodness knows what all had to be cobbled together by the techies to get it set up at all. The session with Snowgum Films in Australia was much clearer!

I was leaning towards "search for a serial killer goes awry" for MAA, but then I realized it could also apply to Night Watch and possibly FoC, so I ended up putting nothing at all. If MAA isn't included and I picked something else for NW, is Feet of Clay the correct match for that description?

No, "search for serial killer goes awry" isn't Feet of Clay. But I agree it could be MAA.

Oh lordy. I had two for NW. (heaps coals of fire on head) and one of them was "serial killer" so let's call that one MAA and give credit to anyone who had it for FoC or NW too.

Okay. It's been over a week so anyone who wants to play probably already has. I guess I'll do it in responses to your posts, because different people got different ones.
