I think I've seen ads for a version that has an Off switch for when you're cooking.

But how would I be able to tell if my dinner's cooked? ;)

Which is great, that's our usual plan! However, he's stuck on the idea that the show is in the morning and it isn't. We keep going around and around about when to do what and I'm just feeling done with it.

Print out the day's schedule, in big letters, and stick it on his fridge.

If only it were that simple. He WANTS it to be in the morning, and it just isn't.

As my mother told me when I was a child - "I Want, doesn't get".

I'm totally stealing that line Bouncy! Well, I just offered to have them come in the morning for the campers' demo instead. They'll only get to see Ava ride, but Vivian will get a birthday celebration at a local restaurant, so it's all good. And, you know, I think I did myself a big favor. This way, I'm the only one at the show and now I won't have to worry about anyone else. Whew!

What's up with this glass? Excuse me? Excuse me? This is my glass? I don't think so. My glass was full! And it was a bigger glass!

My mother's saying is: "Those that ask, don't get. Those that don't ask, don't want!" :naughty:
Going to my school was an education in itself. Which is not to be confused with actually getting an education (Schultz)

Huh. I wonder if they ever figured out that they were training their children to lie, cheat, and steal, because asking politely and/or being good and hoping was guaranteed to fail.

When my niece was a toddler (she's in her thirties now) she called me "that man". We think it is because my name is Hugh and she misheard it as "who".... (She got every body else's name OK) :D

BTW, my mum occasionally called me a Little Hitler - shows my age.

 There's a confusing one! Vivian will prove that first half wrong every time. She's all about "It can't hurt to ask." I think we (her parents) are about the only ones who ever say no to her. Not only that, people just offer her stuff because she's so outgoing! Everywhere we go that girl gets free stuff.

Weirdly, on both this and the CA forum, I'm no longer getting email notifications when I get a PM. :?
