Good luck, Con.

I know from the experience of the guy who owns the flat upstairs and rents it out, how difficult it is to get good tenants.

And having to live underneath them is also a joy!

Not.

Automated phone call at 5.25 yesterday, the library has a book I ordered. It closes at 5.30 and I'm not superwoman! Also closed today and i have to stay in tomorrow. And I don't have anything to read. :( :( :(

council are fitting new windows in the upper floor of my house next week so I now have to pack up a quarter of my bedroom and rotate the furniture away from the windows and help my eldest nephew clean up his room i.e. I have to clean my eldest nephew's room
ever since we had central heating installed and the lovely workmen decided to liberate my coin and bank note collection plus for some reason my sketch pad full of part portraits and doodles of works in progress
so as well as packing away the stuff around the windows the valuables now have to be hidden
