That's lucky. It'd be a bit of a bugger if you didn't!

Thanks - I do try to drop in and check up on you all about once a week - but with the post-rates we've got here it's hard to read everything in one weekend :)

Back to the baby - She is indeed beautiful!

Soon. Soon. My parents just lent my their camcorder (though, I can use my phone a lot faster), for making videos.

Until they go on a cruise in July/Aug. :snooty:

She has a very slight bit of jaundice but not much to worry about.

BUT WE LOVE HER! :)

Babies with jaundice can tend towards being sleepy feeders and its even more important that they breastfeed more often or for long enough. Try a damp cool flannel to wipe her face to keep her awake or expose her feet and wipe them. Just dont let her get cuddly when she feeds... cruel huh... but it shouldnt last too long. She needs to feed properly to keep Emmas milk going too... supply and demand.

Hope she's all better soon. I was going to say perfect soon but she looks perfect already :)

I can only agree to what Del said.
She looks beautiful!Congratulations to you all.
Babies with jaundice also need lots of light, but I guess you're over that stadium now.
Hope everything is going well for you.
Enjoy every second you have with your first baby,it's the best time you'll ever have and nobody ever can give it back to you.Soon you'll be looking at the pictures and saying:'Ooooh, look how TINY she was.'
It´s still magic even if you know how it´s done.

Just a quick note on Mother's Day to note that Silver turned 10 months this week! :o

She has bundles of energy and crawls at hyper-speed and walks holding onto things at a fast pace too. :D

Sorry I've not been here as much as I used to but my new job has kept me on my toes more and has limited my posting opportunities but I do lurk when I can... :shhh:

On the living side we are kind of stuck in my home town living with my uncle for a bit as our rent went up and the flat was getting troublesome for bringing up Silver so needed to regroup to save up money, hopefully to get somewhere else. This was in mid-Ocober...

Also, I'm off work for nearly two weeks now as Emma is having her gallbladder removed on Tuesday as she's been suffering from gallstones since mid summer, though it took a long time to diagnose. So I'm home to take care of them both for a bit. :) It's an easy op apparently so all should be fine.

I'll try and maybe post a pic of Silver when she turns 1 in 2 months time.

Good to see you again, Dave.

Give my love to Mrs Dave, and wish her well for her op.
