:( Sorry to hear that, Watchman. Hope they get it under control.
What's up with this glass? Excuse me? Excuse me? This is my glass? I don't think so. My glass was full! And it was a bigger glass!

Sharlene injects insulin every day to control her diabetes. It becomes easier I think, but she has to constantly monitor her blood sugar levels.

I hope it works out well for you, Watchman. All the best to you.

Thanks all for the support. I am to be on Humulin1 injected at bedtime with a Kwickpen. had a practice with the dummy pen and get mine from the pharmacy on Monday when the script clears. Also got issued with a shiny new GlucoLab meter and will get the lancets and strips on monday as well, just enough supplied with it to last until then. We will then see how it goes.

Sorry Watchman. :( Hope you're able to adjust to the new treatment quickly. The important thing is having it under control.

Sorry to hear about that Watchman. Hopefully it will give you better control though. I have a friend who is insulin dependent. After a bit of practice he found he was feeling much better as the diabetes was much more stable.

As all the above from me too, Watchman. Hope it all goes well and also that you can control it better with that. My brother has diabetes and he adjusted to the pen pretty quickly. Most people get used to it quite fast.
