Carpe Jugulum Tickets on sale!

Postby eskarina54 » Mon May 06, 2013 12:29 pm

From June 26th to June 29th we will be putting on a production of Terry Pratchett's Carpe Jugulum, adapted by Stephen Briggs at the Gate Theatre, Cardiff.

When a family of vampires arrives in Lancre, ready to take over the country in a ‘sort-of-bloodless’ coup it is up to Lancre’s newest witch, Agnes Nitt, to use her unusual powers to save the day, with the help of a hapless priest. With no sign of Granny Weatherwax it seems that these very modern vampires may very well be here to stay. A comedy involving witches, Igors and a nice cup of tea.

So you get to watch a great play and give money to charity?! What could be better!

Tickets are available online but there is a booking fee of 70p to try to cover what paypal take off us so that the full cost of your ticket goes to charity. If you'd like to buy by bank transfer, cheque or reserve a ticket on the door please contact us.

Thanks Eskarina! Good luck with the production - I'm not sure if I'll manage to get along there, but I'll try. :)
Look, you've got it all wrong! You don't NEED to follow ME, You don't NEED to follow ANYBODY! You've got to think for your selves! You're ALL individuals!
Yes! We're all individuals!
