Oh yeah forgot to mention my signature is the last four lines of my favourite poem: "If" by Rudyard Kipling
If you can fill the unforgiving minute,
With sixty seconds worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a man my son.

My laptop won't allow me to log in to my "real" account, so I am using this one until I get around to putting my other computer back together.

The Siggy is my favorite method of vampire elimination. The description of Greebo's indigestion reminds me of my cats first mouse caught in the cabin. The first one she ate and then sat up on her perch for three days looking really angry at the world through slitted eyes. The second she eviscerated into 5 pieces, and she is now working on setting them by my husband's side of the bed, simply dead.
Vampires have risen from the dead, the grave and the crypt, but have never managed it from the cat. ~ Witches Abroad

Just noticed that I have gone over 8,000 posts so time for another avatar. Lancre Castle as created by Bernard Pearson, this thing is huge and unlike most of his large sculptures all one piece.

From my write up on the piece on my Flikr page

Lancre Castle perches precariously on a rocky outcrop overhanging the Lancre river. It is almost a vertical village, with assorted outbuildings fitted into any useable space, rising to a lofty terrace garden and suitably pointy towers. It stands about 14 inches high and measures about 12 inches by 7.5 at the base. Lancre Castle was created by Bernard Pearson in 2001 in a limited edition of 301 and originally cost £500.
