Thanks Penfold, I iced it and the swelling has gone down. I looked very odd with the wine cooler strapped to my arm. :lol:

just had a phone call from work asking me to come in at 7am tomorrow 7am I have to get up at 5am to be at work for my usual 8am start and then I'm catching the first bus in my area to arrive at work at 8am on a Saturday
and I know my work refuses to pay taxi fares so nope not happening I will arrive when I can but it won't be at 7am
