What's up with this glass? Excuse me? Excuse me? This is my glass? I don't think so. My glass was full! And it was a bigger glass!

Been cleaning our apartment today and since my girlfriend was at work I was free to put on whatever music I liked. So I dug out "Have a nice trip" by Die apokalyptischen Reiter (→ What are you listening to). Brought a smile to my face. Hadn't listened to them (dunno why myself) for quite some time now.
They're a really funny at times. They have serious songs and some are very heavy (they can't really be labelled - they have a lot of death metal and black metal influences) indeed, but they also have those really amusing songs. Really put a smile on my face listening to "We will never die" and "Ride on".

If you're not familiar with them - they sound a bit like a cross between Ramstein, Inchtaboktables and, well, dunno, some death metal and black metal band; at least at times. They throw in the occasional non-metal song, or some whacky stuff which is beyond description.
On with their heads! I'm the clown prince of fools
if you don't get the joke it's your loss
Love and laughter you see are the new currency
'cause greed's coinage is not worth a toss

Exile yourself to the unforgiving continent of Wraeclast!

Lmfao how cute
If you can fill the unforgiving minute,
With sixty seconds worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a man my son.

All I have been getting lately is bills bills bills and bills. I must find this Bill and tell him to come and collect his mail! Ba-tom-tish!

BUT... to day I got a parcel with "Royal Mail" on it :o :o :o :o :o Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!! *cue the hopping up and down and the jumping and the screaming of excitement and the grabbing of the parcel to see WHO WHO it is addressed to* ... and much running up and down the hallway and around the coffee table and chasing.

H: Its from Bouncy! She lets ME open them!
Me: Who made that rule?! Give to me! Give it to me! Its MINE I tell you! MINE! MINE!
H: I saw it first! I can open it!
Me: It might be POISON! I am the mother! I have to protect you! Give it to me!
H: She wouldnt send me poison!
Me: Its a surprise for you and I have to open it and she said not to give it to you until you are 15!!!!! Give it to me!
H: It might be a surprise for your birthday and YOU cant have until next week so I have to open it NOT YOU!

... so I LET her open it

Me: FINE! GET poisoned!!!!!!

SOOOOOOOOOOCKS! Thermal socks... for one and all. :D :D Yaaaaaaaaaaay!

THANK YOU BOUNCY!!!

Of course the last week has turned amazingly hot and muggy (only because we dragged the heaters up from downstairs because we was freeeeeeeeeezing the week before last) but its a false heat and will only last two weeks... THEN we shall have our winter! And there shall be a wearing of the socks and the thanking and the blessing of the Bouncy.
