RIP Richard Griffiths

Postby Tonyblack » Fri Mar 29, 2013 11:30 am

One of our great character actors passed away today. Possibly best known for playing Uncle Vernon in the Harry Potter movies, but a regular face on film and TV over the years.

RIP Richard Griffiths. :(

My mother was saddened to hear the news, as she was watching Pie in the Sky on DVD today. That's probably one of his finest mainstream roles. :(
I've lived for over 2000 years, and not all of them were good ones. I've made many mistakes. And it's about time I did something about that.

Oh no, :(
I think he'll be remembered for his Harry Potter character for many years.

Such sad news and the man was no great age.

Sad to hear he died, I liked his acting.
