Don't put yourself down, It's a good effort, what about taste wise

It's not bad - you can taste the hops from the beer. It's quite nice.

The texture is OK - maybe a little bit more grainy that a loaf from the shops, but then I don't know what other stuff they put in the loaves to make them soft and fluffy. My instinct is that maybe it needs a bit more kneading?? It rises OK, but is not as 'bubbly' looking as shop bread.

OK, this may sound silly, but it made me smile
So yesterday I was at my granny's, and we watched the Hungarian Eurovision finals and there's this one guy, who - let's face it - has no voice at all, and he wouldn't even have made it to the finals hadn't it been for the public votes, cause the judges never gave him many points, but there he was and nobody would've thought it but in the end, he won, so here's who's representing Hungary at the Eurovision 2013



The only problem is: the song is really simple, not bad, as such, but nothing much. What makes it special is the lyrics, which are like the most beautiful poem ever written, and I'm affraid they won't be able to translate it into English in a way so that it won't lose it's content...
