I like David Suchet for Vetinari. He's got mystery, the tiniest bit of menace, oodles of knows-more-than-you, and buckets of give-them-enough-rope-to-hang-themselves: qualities I've always seen in Vetinari.

I would have leant more towards Alan Rickman to play Vetinari, But each to their own eh!
