As someone who was in the tech business until 18 months ago I second the other comments here catch-up. Management is the way to go, you cannot keep on top of every technological step and you never know which one is about to trip you up by being the coming thing that you just missed out on. Managing the techies means you don't have to know everything, as they have to or end up with no job, but I suggest keeping a reasonable overview of the technology to know when there is bull$&!t in the air.

Mr Dotsie is doing casual and agency work at the moment so he has time to renovate the house and finish his diploma. Doing so many different things is stressing him a bit but he's making such a good job of the house which I keep reminding him of, so I'll think he'll be OK

Had the most wonderful evening Was at the Concert Hall at a concert of the National Philharmonics, they played all sorts of things, especially liked the second half with lots of Strauss, it was beautiful and I was sitting on the 2nd row, nice and close to the cellist section Anyway, the public was so enthousiastic that we got three encores, and one of them was the Strauss brothers' Pizzicato Polka, which is fun, because I had a sort of a cello competition earlier today, and we played two pieces, a horrible Liszt song and this polka arranged for 4 cellos, of course... when I heard it was going to be this, I almost had to laugh out loud Was singing and dancing all the way home
