A small Nuc' should get rid of it!

It should have it's own uninstall feature? If not, try your control panel's "Programs" "Uninstall Programs" or download CCleaner:

WW go to major geek site search for norton removal tool and download it I would include the link but I'm using my phone as I'm out and about just having a coffee,CCleaner probably wont remove it all because it will have deep links in your registry.
If you want to wait till I'm back indoors I will post the link for you.

We have some fairly heavy rain right now: Coupled with the snow and ice outside, the water is making it's way into the basement bedroom closet and then to the bathroom.
I'm pretty sure that the previous owners knew about this and did not say anything. Do I have some type of legal right here? I'm going to call the lawyer we used tomorrow...

WW still run CCleaner by clicking on Registry it will clean out the crap, if you have uninstalled norton it wont show up in the Uninstall section which you reach by clicking tools.

I'm frustrated about having to find two referees - they have to have known both me and Mr Dotsie for several years, have seen us interact with children, see us regularly, and live within 50 miles of us or be able to travel.

Nobody ticks all those boxes! Panic!!!

We've only lived around here for a year, so no-one here will do. All our friends from Manchester don't have any children, so they can't say how we are with them. All our friends from university we have, by necessity, only seen maybe once since we moved here, as they have all have at least two children, with one less than a year old. We've asked one friend to travel up for a weekend and he's happy to do that, even though he's leaving his wife and child to do that, but even then we've only seen him four times in the last year (he lives down south), so he probably won't be acceptable So we've got no hope of finding another.

Our BFFs moved out of the country a year ago, they would have been perfect.

Someone tell me what to do! I can't pick you guys, by the way

Can relatives not referee for you Dotsie - especially if you baby sit for them? Even though one of the couple might be a blood relative, the other generally isn't so that comes under 'friend' at a pinch I'd say and there'd be two wouldn't there?

Fraid not - you can choose one relative out of three referees, and partners don't count. One couple equals on reference.

I'm just going to pick the best people for the job I think, it would be tough to get knocked back for this though.

You can't be the only ones who've had trouble coming up with referees. Ask if you can have people write letters of recommendation, or if there's any other alternative you can opt for. HUGS! Hope everything works out ok!

I've been told to skip the kids part, which should make it easier. For some reason, I don't have a friend with children within about 200 miles of here. It's a government conspiracy!

I never considered that this would be the hard bit I've a feeling that by comparison, it won't be. If I had a friend, I'd cry on their shoulder

Ow Dotsie Surely they can't blame you for having all your friends so far away? It would be really unfair if this had a bad influence on the procedure.

remember I was having a happy dance about having the week off for my B'day well due to my manager writing down the wrong date down in the diary well that week off has been postponed but on a lighter note due to the foul up I'll be at least having my B'day off hopefully
