It's your wristband Bouncy to show to the non-existant people on the gate at Hide Park to prove that you have paid

It's not elastic Chris, it's one of those plasticised strips that you fold round your wrist and stick on that shows you have paid so you can get in and out of the event. I didn't spot mine at first as it was at the bottom of the jiffy bag they sent the things in.
