I didn't even know that was him in Tropic Thunder until well after the fact

If worst casting ever is the topic then you've all missed the ultimate crime.

^ I'll second that.

And Ben Affleck in ...anything.

As for Tom Cruise, only liked him in Mission Impossible.

Probably ridiculous bit of casting but I want to see more Terry Pratchett in discworld shows/films, have him as a main character or something. Not very smart I know considering he isn't an actor and wont do so well because of it but when I saw him in the colour of magic, I couldn't help but smile, "aaaah it's him it's him!! wow!!" ;)
Well, you know what they say. The past is a foreign country - - With an outdated military and huge oil reserves!

I think that would be a bit distracting. Plus, he's a rubbish actor, bless him.
What's up with this glass? Excuse me? Excuse me? This is my glass? I don't think so. My glass was full! And it was a bigger glass!

And I'm pretty sure he'd have terrible trouble with the dialogue.

I think Kelly McGillis is a beautiful woman. I'd rather look at her than those plastic-faced fools of similar age.

She's still lovely.

Ridiculous casting? Sean Connery as anything other than a Scotsman. Hello Highlander! How did he get away with that all his career?

I'm having trouble even typing this, Hayden Christensen as Darth Vader. Saints above, Why?!

Robert Downey Jr as Sherlock Holmes. Beyond words.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnd, Nicole Kidman, Jude Law & Renee Zellweger in Cold Mountain. Renee Zellweger's character was a black woman in the book, Why? Why? Why? Bloody unforgivable.
