and I've already got it I have no idea when I brought it or where I brought it from
I'll go back to the shops tomorrow to see if I can get a refund
but by rights I'm not entitled to one

I once ended up with six copies of the same book because I kept forgetting that I already had it.

I keep on buying duplicate copies of the pan book of horror stories
because I keep on forgetting which ones I've got but it doesn't help with the different cover arts
and two weeks ago I found a extra copy of the best new horror vol 6

Ghost, why dont you make a listing of all your books and store them on your pc. with some thing like an Excel spreadsheet.

ive had to do this but only for my ebooks as ive got a few

I had to do it for both my Penguin and Folio book collections. It was the only way to avoid having to memorise over 4,000 titles
