I've just had my Haggis (veggie one ) it was passable) with champit tatties but nae neeps with a wee hauf of the Black Grouse, now off out to ra pub fur a drap mare.

Thanks Penners I'm lucky I don't suffer from hangovers unless I drink red wine but a couple of drams and pints and all was well.

Today I made a squash, feta and pine nut tart, and the edges of the puff pastry got burnt.

Does that qualify for Burns Night???

Though... if you had overcooked a dish of vegetables and thin slivers of meat tossed in hot sesame oil in a wok..... you would have had CHINESE BURNS NIGHT
