She is not usually a cuddly cat. I'm pretty much the first person she go for if she wants a cuddle - mum is the next if I'm not there. I want to take her with me when I leave this house... But then how can anyone split these two up?

They are brother and sister, the black cat is Leo, and have always been together.

You can't split them. THat would be too cruel.

Wow. I'm not a car person, but that looks like a fantabulous prezzie.

Not so sure about the camel belt, mind! :D

:D

I'm definitely looking forward to it. The experience will be surrounded by a fairly long drive there and back in my far more humble car. The contrast will be odd, I am sure.

That's funny. The word bollocks always makes me smile.

I like the French. Anyone that starts the day with a chocolate croissant is OK in my books.

Tony and I went to the Ford dealship to take possesion of my "new" car (to replace the Mercury wagon that was starting to cost serious money). It's a 2011 Silver Ford Focus--and it fits my problems getting in & out of the car better than the old one. Tony saved my sanity when he helped me find the car title for the old car (which I had to turn in). He's going to get to drive it some before he leaves--which is coming far too soon! So I'm :D & :( today.

But we're going to enjoy every minute of our remaining time.

Happy happy happy you have a new car Sharlene. YAY.

Sad sad sad sad that Tony is heading off soon. UNYAY.

when does he go home?

Even more importantly.. how is your health going? Are you getting around okay now? Or at least getting around better? I am only presuming that having Tony there has done you a ton of good both physically with having help and emotionally by raising your spirits. Everything is always easier when you have your best bud there.

Or has he been dragging you out into the desert in a coyote suit chasing roadrunners?
