This for minor irritations and not full on frustrations
for instance 5 minutes ago I was dunking a double choc cookie and I dunked for too long
the cookie broke and landed half in my tea and half splattered across my nice clean dressing gowned

Yesterday I fell over at home. As I fell, my upper arm hit the rocking horse and my forehead hit the corner of a solid wooden table.
Luckily for me our tables have rounded edged, or it could have been more serious.
Today I really ache. The niggle is that for all my injuries, I don't have any bruises to impress people with!

Batty. Get some Arnica gel and rub it on the thumped places.
I whacked the top of my right foot about a year ago, and after a week or so of little or no bruising, I put on some Arnica gel and within 10 minutes the whole of the top of my foot had gone black.

Thankfully, they are unscathed! The rocking horse lost his antlers on Saturday, so nothing else has dropped off since then!!
