Those clouds are amazing! They look like upside down walnut whips :D

Today has been dry with blueish skies and a hazy, bright disc in the sky - I heard it's called the Sun.

Nope. It can't possibly be the sun Selkie. It's currently blazing down on me as we speak.

Have you noticed any crop circles lately?

You would need actual crops for crop circles :) :sci-fi-grayalien:

Fog here again. Today's serving just might rival London's. ;)

Hon, it's a Yank (said with love!) misconception that London is continually shrouded in thick fog. Not since the Clean Air Act of 1956.

London had long been noted for its fog, but when the "Great Smog" fell over the city in December 1952 the effects were unprecedented: 12,000 people are thought to have died in the immediate aftermath, triggering great public concern.

A further 8,000 died in following weeks and months, with fog so thick it stopped trains, cars, and public events.

We still get fog on occasion, but it don't kill yer!

Tsk. Back to frost and fog again, and just when I was getting used to all the global warming.
What!?
It's GOOD for some of us :x
And yes, we do get mozzies here, they're just not dangerous malaria type ones :D

That clouds pic looks delicious

Well then, I probably grew up in a county (Humboldt, California) that beats the London Fog Misconception. At 4:00 p.m. every day the fog moved up the river and into town - barring a few freakly warm days. Wonder if our rainfall beats London's? ;)

London does not get that much rain but it can be a bit miserable between November to end of February,

Then Humboldt County definately is wetter. The only "dry" months are June through September. Even then it might throw in a bit of rain just to annoy the tourists. ;)

That's sounds bit like home here, all said and done I'm happy to be home, London in the summer at night can get unpleasantly muggy so you have a bit of trouble getting to sleep.

Lots of fog here too actually. It's warming up so quickly over these last couple of days. The snow is mostly melted.

Just saw that "winter storm Gandolf" is heading for my sister and brother in law in Montana.
