I loved anything by Gerry Anderson. Even the early stuff like Four Feather Falls, Torchy the Battery Boy and Twizzle. But Thunderbirds was my favourite of all. :D

We used to get HR Puffinstuff over here - seriously bizarre. The witch was my favourite.

I HAVE to add Captain Pugwash and all the rumours over the crew names!

Roger the cabin boy?
Seaman Stanes?

lol

Mr Benn
Trumpton
Camberwick Green
Postman Pat! (still going I think)
Mary Mungo and Midge
The Herbs! (for the US out there that would be the Erbs lol)
The Magic Roundabout!

Oh god what have I started! Hubby is now looking up the old programmes and killing himself laughing at how BAD they are now!
Aho! The Megapode!

If only it were true. It was Tom the Cabin boy and there wasn't a Seaman Stanes! Funny how the collective memory comes up with these things.

They are pretty bad.

My younger brother used to bring his buddy home from school when MTV first came out and they were always thwarted by...

FRAGGLE ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I must admit, if I were a teenage boy, I probably would have preferred the scantily clad young sluttily dressed women and raucous music over some little fuzzy orange builders who supposedly lived underground in a house where a professor and his Sheep Dog lived. BUT, my baby sister was like two or three and she ruled with an Iron Screech.

Wasn't he a lighthouse keeper? Or was he a professor who lived in lighthouse? Or have I completely imagined the lighthouse? :?

I really loved the Doozers
What's up with this glass? Excuse me? Excuse me? This is my glass? I don't think so. My glass was full! And it was a bigger glass!
