It isn't in our house it depends on the barbecue context: bf's birthday - I cook, my birthday - he cooks. Other occasions - depends on how many teachers I have invited. ;)

I don't quite know how I missed your wildlife shots Susanne but better late than never.

I've been sorting out some of my favourite photos that I've taken this year. They can be seen on the link below but be warned, there are quite a lot of them (I've also sorted them into a monthly chronological order). If you do manage to wade through them, I hope you enjoy looking as much as I enjoyed taking. :D

I love looking at your pictures! Noticed a lot of favorites that you've posted here. Don't think I've seen the spiral staircase ones before though! Beautiful!

Derek took the pictures of the birds. Was going to post a couple more pictures from our trip of the beach and the zoo, but since 2012 has passed, maybe not.

Where's The Year In Pictures 2013 thread then? ;)
Some are born great, some achieve greatness and some have greatness thrust upon them.

I reckon if they were taken in 2012 then they are perfectly good to be included here (or in the 2013 thread when someone gets around to starting one). :D

I was too sickly to go swimming at the beach, so I looked for shells.

I see shells but they're all small. Were there any large ones? ;)
