Went to the Gym this morning 06:30 first time for 4 days, Must try not to leave it for so long i was Knackered by 07:30.

Three flights of stairs up to the front door???!!!! Oh come on! Luckily I came to my senses and got back into the car, drove four doors down to the bakery and calmed my nerves with a nice cup of coffee and a spinach pastry.
